Happy Birthday Charlotte! Age 13!

 Today Charlotte turned 13 years old!

We have a teenager! 

In some ways she acts like one but in many other ways she doesn't. She has an empathy chip and knows when I am frustrated and need help. She helps without being asked because you can tell she truly feels for me which is just so nice. 

She is loving volleyball and made the local regional club team as well as playing on the middle school team. 

She has a tight group of friends that don't participate in much girl drama which is very refreshing. 

Her interests are art, baking, animals, and good tv. 

She likes things a certain way, and is pretty stubborn about it. I think this could serve her well in the future but can also present some challenges when it comes to living with other people. Living in a big family and being the oldest of four siblings is equal parts fun and frustrating for her 🤣

Her grades are impeccable and she is completely self sufficient with her school work. It’s very refreshing and impressive!

We love you so much Charlotte - we cannot wait to see what you accomplish!
