Emilia 6 Months
Today Emilia turned 6 months old!

To compare, here is Charlotte at 6 months:
Emilia has really changed in the past month. She is really scooting around. I leave her seated on the floor and come back to her 5 minutes later in a totally different corner of the room. Not so much crawling, but wriggling, spinning, inching and rolling to get to where she wants to be.
She also is in the grabbing everything stage! At dinner the other night the waitress was setting down a hot dish in front of me. She had barely gotten the sentence out "careful the plate is hot" when Emilia grabbed it. She cried but only because we all jumped at her. The plate was luckily not too hot that it burned her.
And she is a CHUNK! The dress she is wearing in the above picture is the same one Charlotte wore at 6 months. Looks like it fits right? Check out the back:
She is much chubbier than Charlotte was at that age. I love the rolls and dimples! She hasn't had her 6 month checkup at the Dr. yet but I am guessing she weighs well above 21 pounds. She and Charlotte wear the same size diapers!
It's a good thing she has some extra padding because Charlotte knocks her over and smothers her with hugs and kisses. Emilia doesn't even flinch. She just flashes one of her awesome wrinkly nose smiles. I am overjoyed every day to see how much they love each other!
